Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect items (e.g., change of mind) will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Opened or used packaging materials

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

  • If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, store credit will be offered.

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping:
    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and provide a full refund.

  • After Shipping:
    If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, you may proceed with a return after receiving the item, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

  • Custom or Special Orders:
    Orders for customized or special request items cannot be canceled once placed.
